Synced from Shopify. Click "Process" to import an order into IMS. Safe to re-process — only new or edited line items are imported. Once processed, items can be added to purchase orders from the Create PO page.

Customers tagged Review on their Shopify profile show a purple badge and their profile note here, and appear under "Show warnings only" so they get read before the pieces are ordered. Click Mark Reviewed once you've read the note and the order drops out of the warnings list; if the note is edited later it flags again.
